An animated banner spec to provide a designer would be:

* Animated .gif or .swf
* Maximum 50KB
* 9 sizes:

300 x 50 Mobile leaderboard
468 x 60 Banner
728 x 90 Leaderboard
250 x 250 Square
200 x 200 Small square
336 x 280 Large rectangle
300 x 250 Inline rectangle
120 x 600 Skyscraper
160 x 600 Wide skyscraper

* Maximum animation length is 30 seconds

* Animated GIF ads must have a frame rate no faster than 5 fps

* Flash ads must have a frame rate no faster than 20 fps

* Banner text. Replace 'Relaxation' below with other niches to suit yourself, such as Meditation, Yoga, etc.
